Several ways: Seeing a dentist  asap is best way... But if you wanna  see for comparison, and know if your palatial bony structures are normal vs. Being bumpy and crowded, then  take a picture of ur palate and then google for picture of a normal hard palate. If you have a lesion or issue on the soft tissue/gums of ur palate then the only safe way is seeing a dentist.

Variant of normal: A high arched palate is a variant of normal anatomy. If your speech is normal and you are not having any functional problems with your dental arch, then it's just one of those things. Nothing to be concerned about.
