Sebacious Cyst: Sebacious cysts can behave like this. Seek evaluation when it is in painful state.  A condition called hidradenitis supporative can exist in the arm pits.  It is sometimes exacerbated by the use of antiperspirants. The powdery character of these clogs ducts in the arm pit, and inflammation and infection can ensue.  Warm moist compresses can sometimes help, as well as sticking to deodorants alone.

Get it checked: Most likely these are lymph nodes from an infection in your arm or armpit.  However, lymph nodes can be more serious and although you are young you should have an exam, x-ray and mammogram to be sure it is not dangerous.  Good luck!

Need exam: This could be anything. Maybe a complication in something benign, like an infection in the skin. See a doctor. You can't take care of it by yourself at home.

Abscess: This sounds like an abscess. Bacteria get into clogged sebaceous glands or into the subcutaneous tissue and cause a pocket of pus to form. These pockets of pus usually need to be drained in order to heal. I would recommend having a physician examine the lesion, and advise you on treatment.

Lipoma: Likely nothing to worry about if it does not hurt and been there for 10 years.  The most common thing it could be is a lipoma.  Next time you are at the doctor let them take a look at it.

Exam needed: A physician would have to inspect this lump in order to make a diagnosis. It could be a wen but if it's at the lower border of the sternum(breastbone,), it may simply be the xiphoid process which is cartilage and is a normal part of the sternum and it is quite firm.
