Start With Exam: The nipple anatomy includes nerves; also muscle fibers that contract in response to various stimuli such as exposure to cold temperatures, tactile stimulation, hormones (oxytocin), and more. Occurs in both men and women. Some women have frequent erections and this is usually benign. See your doctor for exam and to discuss management. Padded bras and soft silicone nipple shields are very helpful.

Most likely normal.: Stimulation of the nipple and surrounding area can increase the firmness of the nipple.  Skin irritations can also cause the area to become firm.  Less likely, but important is an infection or other tumor/mass.  It would be a good idea for the child to see her Pediatrician for further evaluation.  It most likely is normal, but better to be cautious.

Nothing to worry: Take 4 tablets of dulcolax at night. ( all 4 tablets as one dose ) you will have good bm next morning . Then take Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg, one tablet every night for 2 weeks.  You will feel better.
