so there is a huge difference between both of my feet, so near my talus bone of the foot, there is a hard bump but it is little, but just sitting or anything it aches, and when i run it hurts, and i also have a squishy lump on the foot too, answer?

Inside or outside..: Which ankle bone has the small lump positioned under it. It is either on the medial (great toe side) or the lateral ( little toe side). It probably has little or nothing to do with the plantar fasciitis. There is no need to get too aggressive with the lump unless the symptoms increase in intensity. Consult with a foot/ ankle  specialist for the possibilities.

? Hematoma: You may have accumulation of blood under the outer lining of the bone, subperiosteal hematoma. If the swelling does not subside in a couple of weeks you should see your doctor for further evaluation.

Ankle swelling: There may be some swelling inside or around your ankle. Usually swelling in the ankle joint occurs under the outside of your ankle below the lateral malleolus. If its happening on both there may be something systemic happening in your system. You should see a specialist.

above my left inner ankle bone there seems to be a soft lump. it is painless and i've had it for awhile. it almost feels like muscle.. what is it?

Hard to say: If you flex it and it moves its muscle.  If not then could be a cyst or a ganglion.   If it bothers you see your doctor.

See a Podiatrist: Usually lumps indicate a problem.  You mentioned cancer, which could be a remote possibility.  Other more common problems are a bone spur, swelling, tendonitis, arthritis.  Get it checked out.

Joint Swelling: First rule out joint swelling . Things are so tight down there the swelling from the joint sticks out  between the ankle bones in back and in front. Flexing adds room to the joint so it seems to go away.  Please get an x-ray to learn what is wrong. Most often, at your age, a piece of bone on the bottom of the tibia may be separating out called osteochondritis dissecans and needs urgent care.
