Bumps on elbow: Is it the bone / olecranon that we feel  as the skin is rather thin. The ulnar nerve runs near the bone (press on the left) is  superficial there and as you hit your elbow you irritate the nerve so get numbness  tingling in the arm .Iif you were older I would think of gout and tophi . A bursitis inflammation of the sac around the elbow would be red inflammed and hurt without hitting it.  F/u w/doc

Lumps and bumps: Sounds like a fatty tumor, most of which are lipoma. Okay to check with your doc on an elective (not urgent) schedule. Lipoma are benign fatty tumor, removed with surgery if they are growing, or causing symptoms.

my left elbow is slightly swollen and it's hard to move/flex my elbow due to the throbbing pain. there's also a small bump of pus. how do i treat this?

Take it to a Dr.: If there's pus and throbbing, it's an indication of infection. That's better addressed by a provider who can prescribe antibiotics if needed. Cleaning out the wound incompletely would just lead to having to deal with it later - so go to a clinic or your provider. It's a chance to discover the underlying cause (if not an injury) and deal with that too. Best!

Shoulder blade mass: This may be a ganglion cyst ( though shoulder blade area is rare) which can be painful  or a regular cyst/fibroma. if it is painful follow up with dermatology/surgery  as they can remove it .
