Hemorrhoid: It appears that you have developed an external hemorrhoid. They can cause itchiness and discomfort in the anal area. Start using OTC prep H and or tucks (witch hazel) pads and see your doctor.

Possible hemorrhoid: One of the most common condition that could cause this is an external hemorrhoid, or even an internal one that prolapses or comes outside of the anus.  They commonly itch.  If it does not hurt, and is not bleeding, usually treat with over the counter hemorrhoid medicine, high fiber diet,  stool softeners if needed.  Recommend your provider looks at it especially if your symptoms worsen.

i gave birth naturally and since then i noticed some loose skin hanging around my anus, not too big but my anus isnt the same since. is this normal? theres no blood coming out.

: This is likely a bulged-out vein that formed a skin tag.  It will likely remain but shrink more. It can be addressed surgically but it seldom requires any intervention.

Genital sores: Vaginal and other locations outside the vagina which have ulcers or sores probably originate from herpes virus.  See your healthcare provider for blood tests and/or cultures of the ulcers, and for antiviral medication if positive for herpes.  Ask about the "loose skin" described as well.

Consider evaluation: Consider seeing a doctor and have an examination. Besides a skin tag, you may have an external hemorrhoid  or a pilonidal cyst which may be either infected or incarcerated.

Lose weight slowly: Lose weight slowly, exercise regularly, muscle strengthening exercises and resistance training to build mucle tone, moisturize daily and before bed, stomach crunches, drink lots of water, healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals, exfoliate the skin, avoid drastic measures such as gastric bypass (which causes sudden drastic weight loss which always results in hanging skin).

It depends: If you stay in shape, your skin may never get stretchy and "hang."  exercise regularly, stay at a proper weight, and you will age more gracefully.

Depends: Skin can reconstruct it self from weight loss (consider a pregnant women whose large belly can revert to normal after delivery).  But this is also age related and the older you are, the less reconstitution is possible and it also depends on the total weight.

Skin: Hi, the younger you are the easier it is for the skin to tighten up. But, it is not impossible to tighten skin even at 40+years old.If you have lost a lot of weight ie.100 lbs, it may be necessary to have an evaluation by a plastic/reconstructive surgeon.If the hanging skin is causing you problems--rash, pain etc, surgery could be covered by your insurance.Regularly exercsing u may eliminate prob.
