Hemorrhoid: It appears that you have developed an external hemorrhoid. They can cause itchiness and discomfort in the anal area. Start using OTC prep H and or tucks (witch hazel) pads and see your doctor.

Hanging tissue: could be a hemorrhoid or skin tag. Anal irritation is reportedly common with anal sex.
