i saw two long blue lines and some sort of hanging dead skin under my tongue. what could it be?

Veins and frenum: Sounds to me that you just discovered  your sub lingual veins an your sub lingual frenum both are normal anatomy.   The tissues under the tongue  is fairly transparent and you can see much of the underlying tissues. The frenum is a muscle attachment.  It should tighten when you stick your tongue out.

on my right cheek i have a little patch were its like a sandpaper sort of feel when i touch with my tongue.. also i have little flaps of skin hanging ?

See a dentist : Your dentist will determine what you should do. He or she may even refer you to a specialist.

have a small white flesh strip hanging on the underside of my tongue been there for 2 days. it looks like a skin tag .it hurts and is about the size of a grain of rice. should i be worried ?

Derm/dentist if stay: prob nothing serious and may disappear on its own, but if continues for more than a week, see your dermatologist/dentist just to be sure.

Get it checked: Could be a taste bud or a lesion. I would get it checked.

Leukoplakia: If its a thickened, white patches on your gums or the insides of your cheek or even the bottom of your mouth or your tongue it could be leukoplakia. These patches can't be scraped off. Usually related to smoking and should prompt an exam by your ENT or dentist.

See your dentist: Have an evaluation with your dentist. They will be able to assess what the issue is or if it is a normal.

Most common causes: would include damage from hot liquids or solids, mechanical damage.  There are other causes that are more concerning but hard to say without more information. Would recommend letting your doctor or dentist take a look at it if it persists.

Really: Really difficult to diagnose without visual/digital exam.  Please see your GP, or Urgent Care if you don't have a GP.  Referral to an ENT may be in order.

Junk Food: Candy and other junk foods are loaded w/chemicals and sugar that the body does not recognize.  If this persists please see your doctor.  Peace and good health.  Dark chocolate (80% or more) is a better choice.

i have excess skin in my mouth behind my lower lip. i've been referred to to oral surgeons who say leave it alone but i am in pain at least two days e?

Another consult: If two reputable oral surgeons agree on leaving your excess oral skin alone, you could always try for another oral surgery consult from a major medical center Oral Surgery Department; they likely do cutting edge work.  Also, you might consult a plastic surgeon on the issue.  If nothing else works, you could see pain mgmt to deal with what sounds like intermittent pain.
