Achilles tendon: Depending on the surgery, it can be minimal incision with percutaneous topaz ablation or traditional open procedure or endoscopic fasciotomies.  All have short recovery times and usually you'll be in a splint/cast for 4 weeks (takes 4 weeks for tendons to heal).  Very low risk to known complications.  Hope the best for you and good luck! Very low: The baby generally does not connect to the maternal blood supply until approximately 7 days post fertilization or conception; and major developmental changes are not having to 6-8 weeks.  Several drinks aver the time you missed your period should not harm the baby but obviously, if you are pregnant or there is a chance of being pregnant, not more alcohol.  Good luck.

Look into geneticist: Probably the best source of information or support for this kind of DX will come from a geneticist or child development specialist who are often located at a children's hospital  or university center. See if your pcp is willing to provide a referral & locate a source near your local.

Your homework?: Fas could be referring to a number of things from fatty acid synthesis in cancer cells to fetal alcohol syndrome.  Diphenylamine is a substance used as an indicator of various compounds through a redox reaction.  Perhaps you could clarify your question.

One day: The FAS 3 kit contains three medications.  The azithromycin should be taken alone after food.  The other two medications can be taken together after food  Ideally all three dosed should be taken within 24 hours.

See the geneticss md: Fetal alcohol syndrome is a constellation of signs.  Developmental pediatricians and genetics md's usually are best at making the diagnosis.

Visible features: Heavy alcohol consumption in the first 10 wks may produce subtle changes in facial features or a heart defect.Random and light to moderate intake may not show any features at all.Stopping as soon as you know you are pregnant reduces the longer term negative on brain development. Sometimes fae (effects) are not evident for years after birth and usually arise with continued use late in pregnancy.

Less risk if stopped: Daily alcohol consumption, thru whole pregnancy, highest risk for FAS.  If you stopped as indicated,  lower risk.

Very low: The developing embryo may have only recently connected with your blood stream in the pregnancy process and may not be affected as yet. However, I am sure you are aware by the nature of your question, that drinking alcohol during pregnancy is not recommended.
