right hand fingers (not thumb) will close in a straight, not clenched position, down onto my palm. have to pull them open. no pain, just odd sensation?

Hand closing: Sounds like "trigger fingers" or tenosynovitis.
You should follow up with your primary care physician.  You may then be referred to a hand specialist.
It depends how bad your hand is.  
Hand physical therapy might be enough.
It does not sound urgent but I would follow up soon.

got a small bump on finger soft can push it in and smooth if i look closely it has red dots in it looks yellowish its near nail opposite fingertip?

Cyst ?: Could be a myxoid or synovial cyst that forms near the fingernail or near a joint (space).
If so , no problem ...

found two very small dents in one fingernail (i assume its called nail pitting?) also have brownish/yellowish discolouration on 4 fingernails out of 10 
ridges too if you look closely?

: Nail ridges can be vertical or longitudinal which are usually signs of aging like wrinkles in the skin which I doubt will be the cause for you. Horizontal ridges known as Beau’s lines are either from injury, thyroid problems psoriasis and malnutrition and seen by the doctor. Hope it helps.

22 male left side of under toe nail its like brownish like a bruise n if i look closely there 2 small dark dots under it never happened before.?

See below: This could be from injury and this is dried blood.
It could also be a wart that has formed under the nail
see a podiatrist.

how much successful the closely reduced wrist fracture is if there is only a 1-2 mm gap in comparison to normal wrist.will it affects in future.i'm 22?

2 mm ok: We usually strive for alignment within 1-2 mm, but it depends upon where the 2mm gap is located.  Also important in wrist fractures are measurements like volar tilt, radial height and radial inclination.  Your ortho doc should be able to help you with these issues.

is there any problems arise in the gyming and calisthenics after the closely reduced wrist fracture with just only a 1mm gap comparing to normal wrist?

Not when healed: If still in cast you need to follow your doctors instructions. In general, light exercise in cast is ok. After healed, no problem.

possible synovitis in wrist from a few hard falls closely happened as per mri. gang cyst was present as well. given cortisone for it. is this a permanent thing?doc seems unsure of diagnosis and is giving me the run around with referrals?

i have been losing sensation in my hands. some times i dont know how much strength i am doing or some times i can not close my hands. what could the issue?

Several causes: If the symptoms come &amp; go, that is usually a good sign (rather than constant symptoms) . If you do a lot of keyboard or factory work or other repetitive hand/wrist motion it could be carpal tunnel syndrome which is helped by use of night wrist splints &amp; possibly ice &amp; anti inflammatory meds.  If hand grips keep weakening or numbness more constant you need Dr eval &amp; possibly nerve testing

how to tape my thumb to forefinger to keep it close to my hand?

Hard to do: The thumb usually ends close to where the finger begins. A simple wrap around just slips off the thumb when you sweat.  You can purchase or construct a thumb extender and then tape that to the thumb and index finger. Alternatively you can just tape both to the side of your face, but that tends to be rather cumbersome.

Joint inflammation: The underlying problem when your hands feel stiff/sore is almost always joint inflammation; very rarely infection. The question is: Inflamed due to what? You are a little young for degenerative (wear and tear, aging) arthritis, but it can happen especially if use/have used your hands a lot. More serious are inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc. Need medical eval/testing
