Carotenaemia: Orange palms condition is called carotenaemia. This is a harmless phenomenon that is seen in patients who are food faddists or who are taking dietary supplements that contain β-carotene or other carotenoids such as canthaxanthin.  Carotenoids are found in the normal diet but mainly in pumpkins, carrots. It is also helpful to review the medication that was prescribed for your UTI.

See your doctor: you would need to see your MD to get checked. you could have jaundice which can explain the yellow/orange skin or other condition. excessive consumption of certain food like carrots - also can cause orange skin discoloration. Less circulation?: Raynaud's phenomenon is a symptom caused by constriction of small blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes, leading to a lack of nutrients and oxygen going to the fingers and toes. Raynaud's phenomenon can be due to auto-immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, medication effects, etc... A primary care, endocrinology, or rheumatology doctor can look for possible causes of the hand symptoms.

Nail issue: It's quite hard to imagine the way your nails look without seeing a picture. This may be a variant of normal or it may be not but to increase the likelihood of correct advice, I'd ask for a picture of your nail in question to be uploaded, so it could be looked at.

Discoloration: If you noted yellowish tinge in the whites of your eyes or brownish urine, jaundice may be the cause of the discoloration. Otherwise could there have been dye which came off clothing you came in contact with? A physician is best qualified to identify medical illnesses characterized by discoloration of skin.
