First warm hands: You may have Raynaud's phenomenon which causes changes in colors of your hands particularly in cold weather. If it is cold warm them up, that may be all you need. 
The symptoms are not typical of Multiple Sclerosis.

mentioned to gp and cardiologist no answers. i have episodes of my lips and tounge turning grayish blue i have noticed more when im standing up, smiling or talking. my feet and hands also get gray-blue. i have episodes of near fainting?

: How is your BP, heart rate, and oxygen saturation? Glucose levels? Do you have any other underlying issues with your health? Your symptoms are indicative of other health problems that should be fully investigated.

hello dr.  i have notice two days ago that my left hand is now gray/blue and the other is a normal red colour.  what could be the problem?

See MD: Blue means arterial side of vascular system to hand is not working appropriately. Could happen if you were lying on it, cutting circ, but should go away in minutes. U need your MD to examine. U can test pulse at wrist  on pinky side or thumb side in both hands to compare, important to see MD ASAP.

Unclear: Severe headache w/bluish-gray hand (suggesting lack of blood flow) is potentially serious - especially if onset is recent. While I don't enough to answer your question w/o seeing and examining you, a vist w/your dr - and maybe a specialist - should answer your question.  Again, if this is a recent change - days or less - see your dr ASAP.  Or head to the ER.

Only if inflamed: Watch for signs of inflammation or infection: swelling, redness, warming and pain around the spot. Otherwise, it is likely that the grey skin discoloration will linger for a while until the graphite is cleared by your foreign-body fighting cells (macrophages)

i have a two grey lines going down my nail, one on my hand and the other on a toenail, it also seems that the other nails have flat dents in them. does anyone know what this could be? what should i do?

Can be splinter  hemorrhage - benign or  autoimmune like psoriasis which is also associated with pitting (dents) in fingernails and rash/flaking , or   due to  endocarditis -infection on heart valve ( more serious).  F/u/ w/ dermatology
