You can call it that: if baby is otherwise normal in terms of development and eating, sleeping, social interaction, and tremors stop when you hold the hand or when baby is sucking, it will eventually go away. you could call it immature nervous system, but it is just a natural part of the infant‘s development, along with all the other fun reflexes and curious things babies do

Decreased oxygen: With the rsd, lupus and chronic edema this would naturally lead to some kind of compromise of blood flow to the feet.  When the blood flow is diminished, this will decrease the amount of oxygen to the feet and hands while building up Lactic Acid that leads to your charlie horses/cramps.  See your doctor for treatment options.

Common complaint: Generally this is not a sign or symptom of something else going on in an otherwise healthy young female.  Rarely it could indicate vascular or neurologic problems, but without other symptoms not likely.

Confusing question: Superficial skin exposure should not create any problems.It is not readily absorbed through the skin. If you ingested as little as a tablespoon full  by mouth the  full the effects are quite drastic. Coma within hours, blindness within 24 hours.

COVID 19 risk: If he coughed or sneezed toward you, that increases your risk.  Risk is likely low because the interaction was very quick and he was outdoors. In the future, best if you both wear a mask. Some people, simply lie something down on the porch step &amp; the other person picks it up once the door is closed.
