Assuming the above, might benefit from vit b-6 100 mg twice daily, but larger amounts could be toxic.  An anti-inflammatory such as Motrin or aleve (naproxen) might help.  Best to see your doctor and get more precise idea of causation.

A couple of things: Wnat is your sleep position?  Sleeping with the arms over the head, bent at the elbow or other positions can cause the hands to be numb or partially numb.  You may have a neck problem and would depend on the positon of the neck and the type of pillow your have.  I would see your pcp, neurologist or neurosurgeon or orthopedist and get checked out.

Carpal Tunnel: Carpal tunnel syndrome is probably the most common cause of "numbness in the hands".  This occurs when the median nerve gets compressed in the wrist.  Other causes include compression of the median, ulnar, or radial nerves in the wrist, elbow or arm.  Compression of the nerves leaving the neck and peripheral neuropathy are also common cause of numbness.
