Lots of possiblities: Carpal tuunel, ulnar neuropathy, polyneuropathy, thoracic outlet syndrome, multiple sclerosis, hyperventilation, pareipheral vasuclar disease are all in the differential diagnosis. Need more information to narrow it down. Have you had a nerve conduction study?
