: You are unlikely to get "high" from second hand weed smoke. The result of urine test will depend on how sensitive the test is. If the cut off  level is low, you could get a positive urine test for weed.

Avoid marijuana: Smoking (inhaling smoke, which is full of lung irritants and cancer-causing chemicals) of any kind is unhealthy. We humans are not designed to inhale the byproducts of burning organic materials and whatever other chemical additives are mixed in with the plant materials. Avoid intentionally inhaling burning materials. It's just a bad idea, and not healthy for the body.

Cold turkey: Weening is more difficult because the temptation is still there. If you are serious about quitting get rid of the weed and go cold turkey.

Bronchiitis: Sounds like it might be a touch of bronchitis that is viral in nature.  You likely don't need antibiotics, and could just "tough it out".  But if you are constantly coughing and clearing your throat you could try over the counter anti tussive medication such as dextromethorphan = robitussin (guaifenesin) or delsym.  But if that does not work there are prescription based meds such as benzonatate.

: Not likely. While HSV 1 can affect the genitals, what you described does not put you at risk of genital herpes. Smoking newspaper is not a treatment for cold sores.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines.

Not a good sign.: Cannabis can have variable effects of different people - ; you never know what contaminants you are smoking. Possible effects of marijuana:  anxiety, depression, fear, panic , delusions, paranoia, hallucinations, losing touch with reality, inattentiveness, short-term memory problems, disturbances of thought processes. Fatigue, poor concentration, slowed reaction times ; slowed problem solving.
