hello doc, i did 4th gen hiv rapid test after 14 days and it was negative. how likely is it to be false negative? even though i was told handjobs risk is very low i plan to get retested after 2 weeks as i did not check for wounds or sores on hand?

I would follow up wiht a test at 3 months as well.  But the rik is really really low . Dont worry.

i recently had an encounter with a sex worker 6weeks ago, she gave me handjob, my worry is i don't know whether she had someone's genital fluid or wound... besides we spent almost 20mins with her before she started the handjob.. any hepatitis risk?

: Zero risk from such an exposure and your test results are conclusive. You do not have HIV and do not need any more tests. Something else is causing your symptoms; see a doctor if they continue or you remain concerned. Move on without worry about HIV.

INTERESTING!: Not sure how to answer this one. I would say to each there own maybe as you get older you can engage more easily in other forms of sex. Some younger people think that intercourse constitutes sex and other activities do not.

You need a partner: It sounds like this is causing conflict for you because of your religious beliefs perhaps. The only way at your age when your sex drive is naturally quite high would be to have a sexual partner so you would not have to have guilt feelings about expressing what is normal for a man. Otherwise, if you are a muslim, i would recommend that you talk to other men your age or to an imam regarding how you are supposed to keep this under control.
