Raynaud's phenomenon can be due to auto-immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, medication effects, etc... A primary care, endocrinology, or rheumatology doctor can look for raynaud's and other possible causes.

Carpal tunnel syndrome?: If you're tingling symptoms happening with use of power tools or at night while sleeping, it sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. That would be unusual in your age group but not unheard of. If you are being awakened at night, try wearing a wrist cock up splint from your local drugstore. An anti-inflammatory may help as well.
