Not typically: Although there is a central pain syndrome associated with thalmic strokes, shortness of breath would not be seen. In one with those symptoms , angina or heart disease, which can be associated with shortness of breath, chest burning and typically arm pain but hand pain could be possible. Patients with stoke are at risk. Other causes exist as well. This problem needs medical evaluation asap.

Inflammation: Some kind of an inflammation must be causing the pain, redness or tingling?, it may be tendinitis, a soft tissue injury, gout, fracture. Only way is to be examined. Meanwhile try aleve (naproxen) twice a day if not contraindicated.

See doctor: Aches and pains may go away but in the case of weakness you need prompt medical attention. Consult your PCP or an orthopedist.  Don't delay.

Neuropathy/CTS: Can be a nerve/vascular problem. Commonest would be carpal tunnel/ muscle irritation/overuse. See a doctor for eval.

Get seen by the PCP: and get a Wrist Brace to keep your wrist straight, if the burnng and pain affects the thumb to middle fingers; If the ring and pinky are affected, then avoiding bending the elbow too much can help. Keeping it at about 20 to 60 degrees would allow the swelling around the pinched  nerve to subside, allowing symptoms to improve. Taking some Aleve (naproxen) or Motrim might also help and Vit B6 would be helpful.

Hand tingling: Most likely cause is an injury to the nerve in the wrist call the median nerve. Commonly called carpal tunnel syndrome. Can be associated with thyroid disease and othe medical conditions. Also can express itself during pregnancy. Very common if you do repetitive gripping and fine work with hand.  If you are waking up with it get a wrist slimy from store and straighten it flat. Wear at night.

after sleeping my arms thumbs and hand hurt until im up and then a lingering reminder sometimes i have no known illnesses my feet sting some times in bed and some time just sitting i have occasional allergies and i have fluid feet and hands somet?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may have neuropathy and circulatory insufficiency, It would be prudent to see a doctor. Start with your primary care provider to ascertain if you need to consult a specialist.
