Get seen by the PCP: and get a Wrist Brace to keep your wrist straight, if the burnng and pain affects the thumb to middle fingers; If the ring and pinky are affected, then avoiding bending the elbow too much can help. Keeping it at about 20 to 60 degrees would allow the swelling around the pinched nerve to subside, allowing symptoms to improve. Taking some Aleve (naproxen) or Motrim might also help and Vit B6 would be helpful.
