i usually punch wall with my right hand when i am angry to control my anger.would the injuries i suffered from punch the wall last forever ?

Potetially: Not a great way to channel your anger.  In addition to causing permanent injury to your hand, you are going to find yourself in legal trouble for damaging property some day.

why can't i straighten my finger after a punching injury if there is no fracture? it stays bent and knuckle seems pushed back. x-ray read normal.

Be seen : I would certainly be seen in follow up for a specific diagnosis.  A tendon rupture is just one example of an injury that will not show up in X-ray but will have symptoms consistent with what you are describing.  Follow up with an orthopedic surgeon.

Yes: Yes you can.  One of the fractures is when you break the 4th or 5th metacarpal  - the bone in your hand between your wrist and ring or pinky finger. Appropriately, it's called a boxer's fracture.

Maybe . . .: For just about any injury, ice is the key to minimizing swelling. Well that plus rest, compression & elevation. However, if you did more than bruise your hand, especially if you've "lost a knuckle" (it's no longer visible when you make a fist), you might have broken a bone & should go see your family doc. Any numbness, tingling, weakness and/or excess bleeding needs to be evaluated immediately.

If : If anyone hits a wall and a stud is behind it and their hand is swollen and painful i would suggest getting it looked at and likely the health care provider will want an xray done.
Being able to 'move' is not the test for a broken bone.
Having sharp pain after trauma makes one suspicious for a fracture.

? SUPERFICIAL: Could be merely a bruise, but cannot exclude small fracture, especially in distribution of digits 4 and 5.  An X-ray might be needed, especially if alignment has changed.  Based upon your severity judgement, contact local physician.
