There is an : Association between loss of hand strength if it is the significant factor not captured by another description of deficit or injury and impairment rating. Check the ama guides for evaluation of impairment for better detail.

i have hydrocephalus but when i went to the nail place i can't keep my hands stil sometimes i loose my grip on my phone and it just drop on the floor.?

Thicker than water: More to this problem than hydrocephalus. Upper extremity symptoms are late to occur in hydrocephalus unless you also have a syrinx or fluid cavity in your cervical spinal cord. What does going to "the nail place" have to do with any of this? You need another neuro exam and education in hydrocephalus-associated symptoms--and what are not symptoms.

i have recently started noticing problems using my dominant hand. i have noticed having difficulty picking or gripping objects of any size.?

Use of hand.: Do you have any problems with sensation in the hand or arm? Neck pain? A pinched nerve in the neck can cause this, but it sounds like you should have exam by primary MD and eventually referral to neurologist or orthopedics.

Intention tremor: Try not to get too scared by the info at wiki. See a neurologist to evaluate & treat as well as they can. Often it is like an essential tremor and gets no worse or much better. Few options: There are a few options. Anti-inflammatories, such as Ibuprofen can help. There are also wrist splints that can be worn at night to help, usually in combination with ibuprofen. Physical therapy can be an option as well. If severe, surgical release may be necessary. Your physician can help determine your best treatment with an exam and possibly a nerve test.

First  one needs to: Find out what the underlying issue is, pain may be due to a variety of things including arthritis tendinitis and synovitis or nerve issues. Weakness can be brought on by pain or can be a result of muscle or nerve issues but often people describe weakness when they're having joint pain or tendon problems because the pain keeps them from using their full strength but i'm tested the strength is actually there as much as i would like to give a good single answer because there are so many things i can give hand-in-hand it's important to get evaluated as a first step.

is it normal to feel weak when wake up in the morning, like finding hard to grip or squeeze my hands/fingers? but feel ok after a while

Could be normal: However, arthritic illness can present with morning joint stiffness, pain, and weakness. To be complete I might recommend seeing your physician who might do some basic arthritic tests. Carpal tunnel can bother you at night and in the mornings but I would expect more hand numbness and tingling. Good luck

Yes: Ever watched olympic weight lifting?  The athletes dump their hands in a talcum powder trough prior to lifting incredibly heavy weights.  Your grip, especially if you have sweat on your hands, will be enhanced.
