i am 26, at work i was a little hungry my hands and arm's were shaking. when i did eat, the shaking stoped. this has happened before but why?

Hungry hands: Very common complaint related to hypoglycemia. Usually affected are young women with this problem because they have a low body sugar( glycogen ) reserve . After not eating for several hours you could experience drops in your body's blood sugar levels and your muscles and your brain which are very sensitive to these drops respond with some of the symptoms you described

i woke up this morning and my hand wasn't working; my wrist simply won't move. i can't even grip a pen. i have been awake for at least five hours and have tried shaking my arm and hand, massaging my wrist, and forcing my hand into positions i want it in.

Tremor: if its both hands and you do not loose consciousness  its not seizure. If its tremor it can be from many things. Medication, low blood sugar, kidney infection (rigors) or familial tremor. See a neurologist if you and your doctor can't sort it out.

Get medical care: Those are very concerning symptoms. If someone has had a stroke they may have symptoms similar to yours. I would recommend going to a doctor tonight or to the emergency room to be checked. You don't want things to get worse and then not be able to go back and fix it. Be seen tonight.
