Eyelash?: It sounds as if you are describing an eyelash? Is the baby fussy or having excessive tearing? Any redness of the eye? If so bring her to the pediatrician.   If baby seems fine, with no pain, take a warm washcloth and gently brush the eyelash away.  If after a try or two you are not successful, just quit and watch it for a day or so.   Might work its own way out.

Vitamins will: Not change hair growth. Healthy eating is always a good thing. Males have more hair than females and you need to look at the hair growth patterns of your male ancestors, as most hair growth is related to genetics. Southern european ancestry is usually the "hariest".

Not usually: They will usually need to shave the area where the entry into your brain will be.  The entire scalp is not usually shaved from what i've seen of pts coming to me for radiation after their tumor has been removed.
