Eyelash?: It sounds as if you are describing an eyelash? Is the baby fussy or having excessive tearing? Any redness of the eye? If so bring her to the pediatrician. If baby seems fine, with no pain, take a warm washcloth and gently brush the eyelash away. If after a try or two you are not successful, just quit and watch it for a day or so. Might work its own way out.
