Vibration: more than likely the vibration is nerve pain. Some cases of plantar fasciitis involve the infracalcaneal nerve branch under the heel- it gets entrapped when there is a lot of inflammation. Antiinflammatories help, or ice. The mid calf pain could be posterior tibial tendinitis - the tendon that holds up your arch. This tendon and plantar fasciitis are related. Try an arch support

: Pituitary apoplexy a year agin February 2020. I presume you had MRI and blood tests at that time to make the diagnosis. Did they find a pituitary tumor?
You may have symptoms of hormone deficiencies as all major hormones can be affected when one has pituitary apoplexy. You need to consult with a specialist in Hormone optimization and have an evaluation and more testing.  Hair loss is a symptom.

hi i have suddenly got weight gain, memory loss, hair loss, pain in legs etc which i felt the symptoms of thyroid and i have undergone the blood test. the tsh is 0.4 where normal values is 0.5-6.50 is my result is normal. the symptoms persist still.

Other tests: What about T4?Would want to know that level as well.  Mildly low TSH does not really answer the question of whether there is a thyroid issue.  Additional testing needed to answer if thyroid problem exists
