Likely not: A true corneal abrasion triggers pain that persists. The only way to know for sure is to have it evaluated.

Multiple nerves: You are describing pathology with at least two nerves, the facial and occipital.  Has there been a recent injury?  Viral infection? Do you have arthritis?  Medical attention is needed.

Inflammation: Pain or pressure on eye movement can indicate inflammation or infection within the orbit, inflammation of eye muscles or of the optic nerve, sometimes sinus inflammation, and other causes. These conditions require an eye examination to diagnose and treat, and sometimes imaging studies such as a CT scan. With significant discomfort, and especially double or blurred vision, get seen ASAP.

when i blink hard i get a pain behind my right eye and in the back of my head on that side too.  should i be worried?

Don't blink hard!: See your eye doctor if you are having issues regarding blinking, tearing, and pain behind your eye, and the back of your head, so that you are not missing anything. You don't have to be worried until after hearing the diagnosis. You may have a cervicogenic headache developing, and just need to have this checked out. Need to find cause of blinking hard to reduce symptoms.

Tension/migraine/eye: A daily headache is a litle different than things like migraines (although they can be frequent and do throb). A condition called chronic daily headache exists that is tough to manage. Headaches can have many causes including drugs, caffeine, otc med use, inflammation, migraines, tension and so on. To diagnose it needs more symptoms and some exam. Problems in the eye can also cause headaches.

Left side head pain: One sided head pain behind one's eye could be migraine. But you should see a physician and get a medical diagnosis as it could be a medical condition that requires treatment or further diagnostic evaluation. If it is migraine, stress management therapy, biofeedback and/or medication are treatment possibilities.

Ophthalmologist: These prolonged symptoms warrant an evaluation by an ophthalmologist to check for orbital or retroorbital pathology including a tumor or a type of glaucoma. An MRI may be advised.  If no eye pathology is found sinusitis is a possibility and can be seen on an MRI.
