doctor told me to use elocom mometasone furoate lotion for 1 week cuz i have dandruff issues does this cause hair loss or any dangerous side effect?

Not really: The time is short that you are using the medicine. It will not cause any significant problem in this time period especially dangerous one. Note that dandrufff is a long term problem. You will more than one week of treatment. Ask your doctor how to treat it once it is under control for the long term.

at my private area, on the left, right side of my private hair between my legs. it was peeling skin a small size of it, now it red and itchy and i used warm water to clean on hair. can i used aveeno lotion or eucerin lotion on the red itchy area?

It contains iron: Daily vitamins-plus-minerals are usually fine, because the amounts of vitamins and minerals are not high enough to cause problems. However, while IRON is required for life, excess iron is toxic. Only take extra iron when truly needed.

Facial hair  growth: Follow up with endocrinologist as specialist in hormone. You could use delipitory creams but why is this  occurring? it may be polycystic ovarian syndrome, medications like cyclosporine, Cushing's disease, masses in adrenal or ovaries.Check TSH for thyroid and prolactin for pituitary function f/u/ w/ endocrinologist

Hypotension uncommon side-effect!

Azithromycin slope i: Zady is antibiotic called  Azithromycin and used short periods should not cause hair loss.

Biotin: Hi, Biotin is a cofactor for Vitamin B group and as Vitamin B group is water soluble so the extra Biotin is getting excreted from body and not going to cause any side effect.

: Do not pluck. you can trim them with scissors. Keep area clean if they grow back go to your MD and have depilation. It is not fromvitamins

None that I know of: Prp for hairloss is not a truly proven modality for hair-regrowth, but we have used it in our office for post-face lfit patients who have some early "shock" of their hair follicles (isolated areas) with very good results.
I am not aware of any side effects of prp for hairloss, except perhaps some early swelling/inflammation at the injection sites which resolve quickly.
