Side effect: Nexplanon frequently causes what is referred to as irregularly irregular bleeding.That is bleeding that is unpredictable .That is the most likely cause.Pregnancy is highly unlikely.You could have infection.You should be using condoms to decrease the risk of STDs unless you are in a long term mutually monogamous relationship.Vaginal infections usually cause a discharge but it is not brown.

Not pregnant: The implant is a very effective form of birth control.  You are protected against pregnancy but not protected against STDs/STIs.  Please practice safe sex using condoms 100% of the time to protect your body from infections which can damage your organs.

Trust the test : Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

See below: It is possible. Repeat the pregnancy test in 1 week. If (-) and period hasn't come on check with your gynecologist.

NO : This is most likely due to the hormonal change from plan b. I would get another pregnancy test if you do not get a regular period in a week.

Probably not: You may have had a miscarriage two negative pregnancy test makes the probability of you being pregnant now especially with spotting  very low.

: If negative pregnancy tests, this bleeding is likely your period. Also consider irregular ovulation issues from  possible polycystic ovarian syndrome.

See below: Home pregnancy tests become positive at about the time you'd be 1 week late.  If it's negative then, repeat in 1 week.

Discharge: It is unlikely that you are pregnant, but occasionally pregnancy tests can be falsely negative. I am more concerned about 2 weeks of discharge, which needs to be checked. 
Could there be a retained foreign body such as a tampon left in from last period?  Several types of vaginitis can cause discharge as well. See your gynecologist.
