U/S at 32w ?'s: Ultrasound measurements are not always precise measures of fetal age, as different pregnancies grow at different rates.  The measurements provided are consistent with 32w plus and at 35, the actual date of your last ovulation may have been later than is estimated, so your fetus may show as slightly smaller and your date of delivery may be later than predicted.

Yes if.....: If your baby has always measured on this percentile, then remaining there with subsequent measurements is an indication of steady healthy growth.  If your baby rapidly increased to the 95th after being on much lower percentiles, there may be cause for concern, especially if you have gestational diabetes.

What do you know?: &quot;What you know&quot; will give you the answer. For example, if a woman knows her LMP (the start of her last period) and she knows she ovulates later than 2 weeks after that, then her estimated date of conception will be more than 2 weeks after her LMP. If she knows her ovulation date but not her LMP, then yes we simply label whatever day is 2 weeks before her ovulation as the start of her pregnancy.

Usually ok: Women taking BC pills properly, every day, don't seem to get pregnant merely due to traveling. Otherwise, doctors would hear lots of women saying, "It's weird, but I get pregnant every time I travel to..." For combination BC pills, a 3-hour time zone change can be ignored. For bigger time zone changes, a woman may feel safer transitioning into her "new pill-taking time" over a few days.

Ask your pharmacist.: It is an expensive injection and it is probably best if you can ask your local pharmacist to get some pricing for you...It should be covered by your insurrance, though.

US date is from LMP: Typically, the estimated gestational age by ultrasound is measured from the date of the first day of last menstrual period. This helps to compare with your expected gestational age.

Yes: Every quantitative test result is always given as something plus or minus something else. It is a false idea to tell you that the test tells you the fetus is 7 weeks 4 days 9 hours 23 minutes and 17.47 seconds along now. It is just an approximation and usually the best they can call it is within a range of plus or minus 2 weeks (14 days)!!
