Call your dentist or: Doctor to get relief. Your canker sores need to be treated and reduce your stress levels too. Eat less citrus (lemons, oranges). Gargle with saline. You may need a prescription to help them heal faster. So call your doctor and get it taken care of right away. So you can sleep and be out of pain. Tylenol and Motrin won't help much. Your sores must be treated. Call your doctor! Take care now.

Get checked: In the absence of any other cold symptoms such as cough, congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, etc., i would be very concerned about std, which you absolutely can get in your mouth after oral sex. You should get tested, and use a dental dam or other barrier in the future.
