Breast growth: The most common cause of sudden breast growth in a 21 year female is pregnancy. Do a home urine pregnancy test. If negative, see a doctor and consider a mammogram and ultrasound. Another possibility is a breast abscess, which may require antibiotics and possible drainage. See a doctor today.

Hard to know: Final breast size is determined by an interplay between genetics/hormones/tissue sensitivity &amp; nutritional status. Some women will end with a raisin on a pancake shape as their final outcome while others may have a pair of watermelons.  At sixteen you may fill out some but I wouldn't expect a drastic change.

There are no : Natural methods that I am aware of to stop breast development.  Breast development (tanner stages) is different than increased breast size. If you lose weight in general, a certain % will be breast fat but the actual amount can't be predicted.
