Pulled muscle: possible. If it does not improve with rest, NSAIDs, PT, you may need Xray and MRI of right hip to find out what is going on

Not lymphoma: Lymphoma is presence of malignant transformation in  existing lymph nodes that when left unchecked will spread to adjacent nodes and enlarge. When tw  knots appeared in groin that were non existent prior to the "pull" in a female it is consistent with  herniation of small bowel thru the femoral canal medial to the neurovascular pedicle in the thigh.  If not reduced should be seen by surgeon.

It is no muscle.: Please get it check by your doctor. The muscle usually does not pull in this way.

Not relevant: Roacutane has no influence on muscle tissue or their function. Your groin getting sore due to a muscles soreness, the result of overexercising or exercising incorrectly. 
Rec.: consult with personal trainer to prevent future injuries to your body.

Hernia: If you do have a groin (inguinal) hernia, you can get discomfort at the site. Sometimes the hernia can irritate a skin nerve causing pain to go down the inside of the upper leg, or sometimes into the testicle on the same side as the hernia.

Sacroileitis?: If could b a # of things, sacro-ileitis being one. Or it could be disc of lumbosacral spine. An ortho doc can do certain maneuvers on you to diagnosis. You might need an MRI of the lower back and pelvis.

Conceivably: There are unusual cases of HIV disease in which the patient does not become measurably antibody positive for up to 6 months.  The probability is that you do not have this, but does not hurt to be tested.  The alternative is to measure your serum for the presence of HIV RNA by pcr, but this can be expensive.  Use protected sex.

Common : It is common to have some muscle soreness after a flu vaccine. It is not serious and usually resolves in a day or so. You may take some Ibuprofen for pain if you wish. Contrary to common belief, you can not get the flu from the flu shot- it's a killed vaccine.

Stretch: Stretch the muscle out, drink lots of water, massage them and take an anti-inflammatory like Motrin or advil (ibuprofen) as long as you arent allergic to either one. Avoid things that hurt (such as running, etc) until you are back to your usual self.
