Cyst versus mass: A lump in the concha could represent, a cyst especially based on the the green/gray color. If it continues to grow, it can rupture and can get infected. The other option is a tumor might be benign. A cancer is possible  but less likely at 21. You should see a doctor to examine and treat it so that there is not scarring of the ear cartilage. An infection or continued growth could deform ear

Poss. epidermal cyst: It could be an epidermal cyst, but it could be a lot of other things as well. I would suggest that you have your doctor or a dermatologist look at it personally, and give you a definitive diagnosis.

Lipoma: Lipomas, a fatty tumor are common in this location as well as a few other tumors.  Has the lump been present for some time or rapidly developing recently?  If rapid, get an evaluation by an ENT specialist fairly soon.  If it has been there for some time, you can probably ignore it if it does not bother you and is not changing.

Hopefully: It will resolve without intevention. You may have a  swollen lymph node or cyst that may or maynot be infected. If it doesn't resolve - get it checked.

Lumps: These could be enlarged lymph nodes, ingrown hairs or inclusion cysts. A physician would have to examine them to be sure. Absence of tenderness usually means no infection or inflammation is present. However enlarged lymph nodes are usually followed up to ensure there is no serious cause.

A few things: Could be a blocked oil gland (sebaceous cyst). A scar from previous trauma or piercing, small benign tumor, resolved acne lesion. If it has been there awhile. See an ent doc for evaluation
