Worrying won't help: See a doctor or midwife, have a few things checked and start taking a  prenatal vitamin. Even minor vaginal or urinary tract infections can disrupt an early pregnancy and cause a miscarriage or other problems for the baby later on. They will also provide you with a lot of useful information to ensure you have a healthy and happy pregnancy. See them now, not later so you won't be wishing you had.
