Few thoughts..: Pink vaginal discharge in pregnancy can be due to vaginitis, cervicitis or sexual trauma. Green vaginal discharge can be due to cervicitis from gonorrhea, or to rupture membranes and meconium staining. Please see your obstetrician if you are experiencing these symptoms as soon as possible.
