Galactorrhea: Meaning discharge from nipples. It may be a sign of pregnancy but usually not this early. It may also be normal. Galactorrhea is sometimes caused by hyperprolactinemia, which may be secondary to medications, endocrine tumors (pituitary adenoma), endocrine abnormalities, or a variety of medical conditions. See your doctor for an evaluation. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Breast discharge: Hi, Color isn't usually helpful in deciding if the discharge is normal or abnormal. Both abnormal and normal nipple discharge can be clear, yellow, white, or green in color.Normal discharge usually comes from both nipples, if one nipple just discharge then most likely it's abnl, do not squeeze your breasts and stimulate them, also seeing an MD to evaluate it is very wise thing to do.
