i took my dog to the vet and he was positive for hookworms. my bowel movements have been strange and they seem to have white-ish sesame seed like things all in it. if i had hookworms, wouldn't i find worms in stool?

No: If one has hookworm infestation, the worm is generally not seen in the stool but hookworm eggs are.  Dog hookworm can cause rashes in people related to the larval form (cutaneous larva migrans) but not mature to its adult form.

i am experiencing  hemorrhoids and worms in stool. the following also describes me: anal itching. can pinworms get under the skin as it looks like they're inside the hemorrhoids?

Not sure.: Prompt medical evaluation is warranted for pattern of  extremely light stools. There are a number of possible causes such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, or obstruction of a bile duct (i.e., gallstone or a mass). Any significant change in bowel habitus warrants assessment.

i took mebandazole for 3 days but still see worms alive in stool is it normal to see worms or not ?

: If what you are really worms, it would help you have your stool examined.
If you have not travelled out the US, you are very unlikely to have intestinal worms.

See the Pathologist: Take a stool sample to the local laboratory and ask them (or your doctor) to look for "ova and parasites". If it is a worm, the laboratory will be able to tell.
