Maybe the urine: Green is a normal color for stool (only black, red, and white are worrisome). As to green urine it depends on your definition of green. Generally only red and dark orange (can indicate bile in the urine) are abnormal.

See doctor for a: workup. Are you taking any OTC vitamins or supplements which may color urine green.

Could be: Neither is normal. Black stools can be due to pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) use or from blood arising from a source in your stomach. Green urine could be the result of some food coloring agents or medications/vitamins you are taking. Either way they should be investigated for underlying causes.

Iron suppliment: Ferroglobin is an iron supplement.  You can get dark green to black stools with this.  Constipation can also be a side effect, keep well hydrated and use a stool softener if needed.

i went to the restroom and had blood in my stool and on the tp,  also my urine has been green for the last 2 days.  any idea what this is?

Many possibilities: You really need a pelvic and rectal exam to determine the cause.  You will likely  need a urinalysis as well, if not other testing.  It may be as simple as a bad urinary infection, but a professional eval is highly recommended.

Kidney infection?: This could be something that has nothing to do with hepatitis c. Kidney infections can cause cloudy urine and back pain. An  inflamed pancreas can also be felt in the back. Or it could be a couple of different problems. Your symptoms need to be evaluated by your health provider.

my urine smells like onions after i drink alcohol, and my stool has been green lately. should i worry?

Maybe, maybe not: Stool changes can be due to the foods (or drinks) eaten, to medication effects, to stomach flu or other infections, to gall bladder problems, etc...  One can try stopping the alcohol, and eating a bland, balanced diet (but not over eat) to see if the symptoms go away in a couple of days. If not quickly back to normal, a primary care doctor can evaluate to see what the problem might be.

what does this mean i just turned vegan 4 days ago. and i have had a bit of tummy pain but it seems to of stopped but i noticed my urine and stool is like a lime green can you tell me why

If : If you recently started consuming high amounts of fruits and vegetables then you may be having a difficult time digesting these foods. Also if you are taking vitamins this can contribute to the color change. Usually discoloration in urine and/or stool is from food/substance intake that is high in vitamins or food coloring. It is hard to say. If the pain persists please see your doctor.

Mgt: I would suggest that they ask their pediatrician for the results of her newborn screening tests. The tests screen for a number of conditions. There may be several causes and among these include hepatitis, alpha one antitrypsin deficiency, hypothyroidism.
