Yes and No: It sounds like you are discussing sweetened beverages.  So "diet" green tea would be sweetened with an artificial sweetener with no calories and "regular" green tea with a sugary sweetener with calories.

Which is better?  Why not drink unsweetened green tea which would be the best choice.  Green tea is rich in antioxidants which many believe is good for us.

Probably not: Once the tea is mixed with water, the antioxidants start to break down. By the time the product gets from where it was first mixed to when you drink it could be weeks or months. The antioxidants are not likely going to be viable for that length of time. Raw fruits and vegetables are probably your best bet. Some supplements like astaxanthin and curcumin may help.
