Green tea is loaded: with antioxidents but does contain some caffeine.  It's best to drink it earlier in the day, especially if you have sleep problems.  Loose green tea (rather than bags)   so much the better.  White tea is even a bit better biochemically and, in my opinion, has a lighter taste.  Peace and good health.  Green tea speeds up metabolism but diet and exercise are necessary too.  EGCG capsules good.

You can't really be : 1.7 cm !. I am assuming you are almost  5 feet 6 inches (; that you meant meters).  A smack dab in the middle weight would be 63 kg with upper limits being 69 kg. To lose weight you need to exercise and watch calories with a healthy nutrition plan.
