See a provider: If you have liver cirrhosis or fatty liver, you are high risk for an infection in your abdomen, a GI bleed, and certain types of cancer. See a healthcare provider as soon as possible as you may need further testing or even admission into the hospital.

Not: Sure. Similar history has been given by people with gastritis or those with complications of cirrhosis and who have GI varices. Abstinence till full ealuation is important. The dark likely represent GI bleeding

Hepatitis A: If your last liver enzymes were normal then the wine shouldn't have hurt your liver. If the liver is severely inflamed the stool usually is pale and the urine is brown. Have your liver enzymes tested to see where you stand.

Hepatitis: Assuming you know it is liver pain - then you have hepatitis.  If it is only right upper quadrant pain then the number of causes expands to gastroenteritis, gallbladder disease, inflammatory bowel disorders, and a whole host of other less common entities.

i have fatty liver disease with cirrhosis. i take 800 mg. vitamin e. recent blood work shows almost normal count. can i try green coffee bean extract ?

Good: Ok as long as you don't drink alcohol , unfortunately it a progressive disease. You have to be under good medical supervision, some end stage liver disease patients need liver transplantation.

i have had pain in my upper abdomen and in the center of my chest. and it goes straight to middle of my back
my stool is green. i can't eat.

Sounds like this: needs urgent hands on consultation  (Emergency or Walk In unit . You could have a problem with your GALLBLADDER or PANCREAS!

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No: If liver swelling is sudden it is painful if it happened over a prolonged time it is not.
