Rectal bleeding. : There are a few causes of bright red blood in the stool including hemorrhoids, but also anal fissures, avm malformations, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.. Your age/ family history/ 
medical history are listed so hard to guide you more. You should consider seeing your doctor about this, have blood work to check if you're anemic, possibly have a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy, full history and exam.

Blood not normal: Bloody stools are not normal and should be evaluated by your doctor.  Bright green poop may be caused by infection, excessive bilirubin, diet, or dyes in food.  My son worried me when he had the most beautiful sea-foam green poop as a baby.  We found out it was from his cousin's popcorn in the school colors-- blue and yellow.  Regardless, you should see your doctor for an evaluation of the blood.

Local bleeding.: That would usually indicate a bleeding source right at the exit, such as a hemorrhoid or anal fissure.  Fissures usually cause tremendous pains as the stool is passing through.

On or in ?: The color of stool, from green through yellows and browns is unimportant. If the blood is bright red, it comes from near the outlet and usually represents a scratch in the outlet. Bulky or hard stools often cause this. If it is darker red or purple and mixed within the stool it may represent an infectious process. Check with his doc.

Sounds normal: Stool color is made by the bile from your liver.The color range goes from dark green through the yellows and browns based on how the bile is changed in transit. What you describe is well within the range of normal.

If you have green: poop and fever, then look inside the belly for cause.  You may need a CT, or stool culture, or GI workup.  If you have headache with fever, perhaps you need to look for meningitis.  In other words, have your doctor keep looking for a cause, those tests you listed are only the beginning.  Focus on your symptoms and start there.  Good luck.

Symptoms: First 99 is not a fever.  Over 100.5 then you have a fever.  A WBC up to 15, 000 is normal in pregnant women.  Immodium should help the diarrhea and cramps and cepacol or chloroseptic with tylenol (acetaminophen) for the throat.  Sounds like a viral infection that is not influenza or strep throat (bacterial infection).  Most OB's have a list of safe meds.  Ask for it, it likely is similar to what I suggest.

Get it checked: If symptoms persist past the 2 weeks period you might need to have stool testing
Usually infection of the bowel alter the friendly bacterial composition there, and that is why the stool might change in colour.
Usually symptoms settle with time,
Probiotics might help as well
