Proctits: Sounds like an infection of your anus or rectal area.Given the white discharge i would the strongly consider a fungal infection.I would seek evaluation for this problem.

Not connected: Green spots in the stool have to do with what you eat and are probably not connected to sharp pains. Sharp pains with having a bowel movement have to do with either the stool being too hard or possibly a hemorrhoid or other irritation in the rectum. Try to get your stools soft by drinking plenty of water and eating foods with high fiber content.

yesterday, my one-month-old son's stool was oily, and today, while pooping, a green-black liquid came out of his anus. is this normal?

: He may have developed an infection. The oily stool is also associated w fat malabsorption. Discuss w your Pediatrician whether he has been adequately screened for CF. If he is otherwise healthy, gaining weight, monitor temperature, discuss COVID 19 testing and please follow up with your Pediatrician.

Swollen anus w/cramp: May be proctitis: inflammation of the lower rectal area due to inflammatory bowel disease ,gluten sensitivity, sexually transmitted diseases, trauma. Keep stool soft w/drinking fluids 2.5-3.5 liters /day water /gatorade/ juices( not pure water,  f/u w doc /urgent care

Your symptoms could be related to a peri-rectal abscess or severe infection of the skin (fourniers gangrene). I recommend urgent evaluation by a physician as soon as possible, even if you are feeling embarrassed. You will be glad you had your condition evaluated in person.

i have been suffering with a runny tummy since saturday and i haven't been able to eat anything really. i've taken smecta as well as pectikon and it's still runny and green/yellow in color. my anus is really sensitive and sore since! please help?

Diarrhea: This is presumably a viral gastrointestinal tract infection. To control diarrhea eat a very bland diet with no roughage, drink room temperature fluids in good amounts. To get calories drink flat Coca-Cola or flat ginger ale. Take imodium and if this doesn't control severe diarrhea, ask your physician for a prescription for lomotil or paregoric. If severe diarrhea persists get a  stool culture done

since yesterday i keep getting really bad lower abdominal cramps and when i poop the cramps get worse and my stool is light green and i have really bad anus pain after. what is this?

Cramps: Abdominal cramps can be caused by both problems with your stomach and reproductive system.   Some foods can cause pain and stool changes-- consider recent changes  in diet.  Gas itself can real discomfort.   Reflect on your menstrual cycle as well -- pre-menstrual? Constipation is a very common problem.   Straining can lead to hemorrhoids and pain.  Hydration and fiber help prevent constipation.
