Possibly rupture TM: Definitely not normal. It is possible it may be a foreign body or drainage from a rupture of the eardrum. Have it checked. All the best.

my son, 2.5 yrs old, was itching in left nostril, repeatedly, 5 days ago, and i noticed pinkish discharge from one left nostril, it was of and on, since 2 days i m noticing he is pressing left ear too, and same crusty pinkish discharge from left ear,?

Needs to be seen: HE needs to be seen , sounds like he might have an infection. You did not mention temperature, if elevated an ER visit may be the best choice, if cannot see PCP immediately, Best Wishes

Get it checked...: its impossible to diagnose in this format.  You need to be seen by a doctor.  I could hazard a guess of seborrheic dermatitis with a possible cellulitis on top of that, but it would only be a guess.  Start with your primary care physician...

Infected sebaceous: cyst or abscess. This will requoire medical/surgical evaluation and antibiotic therapy. Call for an immediate appointment.

Need to be seen: you may very well have severe middle ear infection and possibly perforated ear drum given what you described, put a cotton plug in the draining ear, take pain killers and go to your doctor, ER / Urgent Care for evaluation and possibly antibiotics and other medications accordingly, good luck

: Yes, sounds like a second opinion is warranted. Preferably from an allergist or ENT (ear/nose/throat) specialist. You may or may not have an infection, but your symptoms certainly need evaluation and treatment.

If it is thic, colored and associated with pain it is likely an infection. You should be examined by a medical professional when convenient for you.
