:  A possible cause of green vaginal discharge is Bacterial vaginosis (BV) which is not a sexually transmitted infection.  it can cause a change in the Ph by altering the ratio of good and harmful bacteria normally found in a woman's vagina.
It is best you see a gynecologist who can diagnose it.
