See your surgeon: Are you asking what you should do for your muscle spasms or are you asking if your greater trochanter ostetomy or fracture is the culprit? If your spasms in your thigh are frequent and/ or worsening or associated w/ weight bearing than see your treating orthopedic surgeon for treatment. Best of luck!

Not healing yet: This sounds like a complicated fracture.  Callus is what we look for to show signs of healing. It varies in time before it becomes visible on an X-ray .  Depending on when this happened would help explain the findings.  As always talk to your orthopedist. Good luck

Pins and needles: Maybe your fracture is causing the problem but you may have a pinched nerve somewhere else like your neck. Check with your doctor and maybe get a nerve test (emg).

XRay: In order to tell if your toe is fractured, you need an x ray to look at the bones of your foot.

Great toe: Sounds like you need to call your orthopedic foot surgeon: possible tendon tear or fracture displacement.

Not unusual to have : Pain two weeks after a fracture. Hopefully your at least wearing a surgical shoe.

Try Physical Therapy: After being cleared by your orthopedic or family medicine provider following cast removal, ask them to send  you to physical therapy (PT) which is usually helpful following the removal of cast.  Fractures and other injuries typically may need as much of a year to get back to normal, and PT will definitely help you regain the mobility of your toe!

Xray it: Big toe is pretty important and you'd want to know if there is a fracture if intraarticular or not so important to see whe the fracture is if present.
