Undecided: Barley grass is  rich in vitamins, an anti oxidant and cholesterol lowering substance. It may be helpful but I am not aware of any studies who have proven its efficacy.

Not exactly: Grass pollen allergy is quite common.  While there is no "cure" for pollen allergies, allergy injections using grass pollen extract can decrease symptoms about 80+% in about 80% of people such that less medication is required.  Other treatments than can lessen symptoms include antihistamines and topical nasal steroid sprays. Soon there will be a tablet for desensitization rather than injections.
