See details: Something does not compute. Gout is an intense inflammatory arthritis. No swelling=not gout. The same with ra. Have you seen a rheumatologist? If not, see one.

You can: But, personally, i think there are more effective treatments. I think oral meds if not contraindicated will work better and faster for the gout. For tendonitis it is fine.

High levels of uric acid may be due to hereditary reasons for uric acid overproduction, underexcretion, diet and medications.
