Simple....: Avoid tea, broccoli, Cauliflower and red meat. Drink more water. Take Colchicin 0.5 or 0.6 mg after food two or three times a day with acute attack. Then once a day. Can take allopurinol 300mg daily for prevention also. There are other choices.
